Inspiration from my son @KyleWhalum
My son Kyle sent me this. I choose to focus ON THIS as my commemorative action on this 9/11.
'"God is looking for sincere worshippers. Worship is simply the expression of our love, commitment, and devotion to God.' So, therein lies the answer to my own question: Yes, RUNNING A MARATHON CAN BE AN ACT OF WORSHIP if I've deemed it my intent and purpose!"
Running--worship.
Practicing--worship.
Studying--worship.
Painting--worship... Etc. Add your non-verbal worship here _____________ .
David says "...I will bring no sacrifice which costs me nothing." 2Samuel 24:24 (paraphrase)

"Seek me now while I may be found. Then, at any moment you are 'ready to go.' I will be in the stairwell of your final moments." ~God
