An Offering for Haiti

The people of Haiti are blessed with gifts that we in the rest of the world desperately need. They are not a "poor destitute" people. They are a culturally RICH people whose destinies were forever changed by the greed and short-sightedness of an unfortunate colonialist period in world history, and now need our help to be able to rebuild, preserve and present their much-needed gifts to the world. May I offer, alongside the generous financial gifts and gifts of prayers and concern from so many of you, the following poem from the pen of my favorite poet/songwriter, David of Jerusalem. I offer it in their now-native tongue, Français:

Seigneur VousEtesTout

Kirk Wendell...thanks for reminding some and sharing with so many others... the rich culture of Haiti and the Haitian people.
I have been an avid reader since 10 years old in Memphis, Tn and I first read about Henri Christophe.

Must get to know French...never too late is it.
